Farouk Dadaniya Takes Over as Acting Comptroller of Customs FOU Zone C

Deputy Comptroller Farouk Dadaniya has assumed office as Acting Comptroller of the Nigeria Customs Service Federal Operations Unit, Zone C, Owerri. He takes over from Comptroller Bishir Abdullahi Balogun, who retired from the service. At the handover ceremony, Balogun thanked officers for their support and urged them to remain diligent and prepare for life after service. He also asked them to give the new acting comptroller full cooperation. Dadayina described his appointment as a renewed call to service, accountability and professionalism. He said the unit would continue to focus on anti-smuggling operations, revenue protection, trade facilitation and national security.
