I deposited ₦2,880 by manual bank transfer into my GoJelly wallet on August 14. The deposit was successful, and my balance is now ₦3,311.88. My linked OPay account details are correct and verified, but I cannot withdraw. The withdrawal page shows a limit of ₦0.00, and the withdrawal fields are not working properly. I opened two support tickets, but neither has received a response. Has anyone experienced this issue with GoJelly? I would appreciate help in getting the withdrawal restriction on my account resolved.
