Call for Research, Policy and Consulting Experts for Nationwide Projects

A consulting and governance advisory organisation is building a database of qualified professionals for short-term, project-based assignments across Nigeria. Engagements may be remote or field-based and will depend on project needs. Opportunities are open to research and policy analysts, consulting experts, and monitoring, evaluation and learning officers. Relevant areas include public policy, governance, economic development, health, agriculture, climate change, digital transformation, data analytics, GIS, communications, peacebuilding, and organisational strategy. Applicants should have at least a relevant bachelor’s degree, proven consulting, research, programme management or MEL experience, and strong analytical, report-writing and stakeholder-engagement skills. A master’s degree, professional certifications, and proficiency with tools such as Power BI, ODK, ArcGIS or QGIS are added advantages. Submit a CV, cover letter, certificates, project experience sheet, writing sample, and details of two professional referees through the application email provided. Being added to the consultant database does not guarantee an assignment or employment.
