Veteran Nollywood actor Jide Kosoko has spoken about losing three wives, including Bidemi Kosoko’s mother, who died during childbirth. In an interview, he urged parents to treat all their children equally and ensure they feel equally valued. He also reflected on living with diabetes since 1996 and learning to manage his health. Kosoko recalled starting theatre at age 10 in 1964 and forming his own group in 1972. He said he considers himself one of Nollywood’s pioneers and noted that social media has changed how entertainers connect with audiences.
