How to Update Your JAMB Email Address or Phone Number

Candidates who have lost access to the phone number or email linked to their JAMB profile can apply for a SIM swap, email change, or both through JAMB’s approved process. First, sign in to the JAMB e-Facility with your registration number, profile code, or existing login details. Select the SIM Swap/Email Change payment option, pay the required fee, then visit a designated JAMB CBT centre. At the centre, enter your profile code or old GSM number, complete biometric verification, and choose whether to update your phone number, email address, or both. Enter the new details, upload a scanned court affidavit, and submit the update. A confirmation message should appear once it is successful. Ensure that all details are correct before submitting your request.
