Aro Psychiatric Nursing Class of 2004/2005 Marks 20 Years With Abeokuta Homecoming
In April 2026, we returned to the School of Psychiatric Nursing at the Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Aro, Abeokuta, to mark 20 years since our graduation. Our homecoming brought together former classmates whose careers and families had taken them across Nigeria and abroad. We reunited to celebrate the friendships, sacrifices and professional training that shaped us as psychiatric nurses. Beyond the ceremony, the reunion recognised the institution that gave us a shared foundation in compassionate mental-health care. Planning for the anniversary began in 2025 with a goal of building a lasting connection among members of the 2004/2005 set.
