Ogogo’s Final Message to His Daughter Before His Death Emerges

Veteran Yoruba actor Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo, reportedly shared a touching exchange with his daughter, Kira, weeks before his death. In the messages, he urged her to stay strong and not to cry over his health condition. Ogogo told her that seeing his daughters smile gave him strength and reassured her that he would be fine. He also encouraged her to remain hopeful and trust in Allah. Kira replied that she loved him and had faith that he would recover. The exchange surfaced after the family disclosed that the actor had been battling stage-four cancer. Ogogo reportedly died on Sunday and is expected to be buried in Ilaro, Ogun State, according to Islamic rites. The actor was a leading figure in the Yoruba film industry, with a career spanning acting, filmmaking and directing.
