Do not despise small beginnings. Greatness does not always look impressive at the start. A tiny seed may seem insignificant beside a giant tree, yet that tree also began as a seed. Its roots grew quietly before its branches, fruit and shade became visible. The same can be true of your business, ministry, writing, music or personal goals. Progress may be hidden for now, but steady effort and faith can produce results in time. As Zechariah 4:10 reminds us, do not despise the day of small beginnings.
