Enyimba Seek First Win of NPFL Season Against Shooting Stars in Aba

Enyimba will aim to end their winless start to the 2026/27 NPFL season when they host Shooting Stars in a rescheduled fixture in Aba on Wednesday. The nine-time champions have taken one point from their opening four matches and sit bottom of the table. Shooting Stars are 16th with six points from four games. The sides shared emphatic home wins in their last two meetings. Enyimba won 3-0 in Aba in December 2025, before 3SC responded with a 3-0 victory in Ibadan the following month. Enyimba's technical adviser, Emmanuel Deutsch, says the home side must deliver a win for their supporters. Other rescheduled matches will see Katsina United face Rivers United, Sporting Lagos host Ikorodu City, and Warri Wolves take on Enugu Rangers.
