Abuja is more than Maitama, Wuse and luxury estates. I visited Gwagwalada to look beyond the version of the capital most people see. From its market and housing to its roads, businesses, institutions and neighbourhoods, I explored everyday life in the area. Is Gwagwalada really too far or underdeveloped? I also looked at the cost of housing and living there, and what residents think about their community.
