Tinubu Calls on Nigerians to Uphold Ramadan Virtues and Share Security Duty
Speaking after Eid-el-Fitr prayers at Dodan Barracks in Lagos, President Bola Tinubu urged citizens to carry forward the charity, compassion and unity cultivated during Ramadan. He stressed that national peace and stability cannot rest on government alone. Nigerians must stay vigilant, share credible information on suspicious activities and obey the laws of the land. The president described Nigeria’s diversity as a strength. He reminded both Muslims and Christians that they worship the same God and must live in harmony. He also asked everyone to pray for lasting peace and support the vulnerable among us.
