CAC Registration Repeatedly Flags My Means of Identification as Invalid

I have reserved my business name and paid to complete my CAC registration. I also uploaded all the required documents. However, the portal keeps returning the same query: “Means of Identification is invalid.” It has been marked resolved several times, but the query keeps appearing again and is now unresolved. Please, has anyone experienced this issue? What document or correction helped you complete the registration?
