Shock in Kebbi: Son Arrested for Killing Father With Pestle
A 30-year-old man was arrested after allegedly striking his father dead with a pestle during a quarrel on their farm in Rakka Village, Birnin Yauri, Kebbi State. The police say the incident occurred on March 30 around 5:30 p.m. The disagreement began while they were working together and escalated when the father threw a stick at his son. The injured man was treated at a local health centre but died at home on April 1 from his wounds. The suspect is now in custody and will be charged in court.
