mDoc, a digital health social enterprise, is hiring a full-time Senior Social Media and Growth Strategist for an in-person role in Lagos. The role pays ₦600,000 to ₦1 million monthly. The successful candidate will lead social media strategy across major platforms, build wellness communities, create health education content, manage paid campaigns, and track performance using conversion, engagement, and audience data. Applicants should have at least three to five years of consumer-facing social media experience, strong content and analytics skills, and familiarity with CMS and social media management tools. A degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field is required.
