Manchester United have completed the signing of Carlos Baleba from Brighton in a deal worth up to £70 million. The Cameroon midfielder has signed a five-year contract, with an option for a further year. United will pay £65 million upfront, with up to £5 million in performance-related add-ons. Baleba said joining United fulfils a lifelong ambition. He also said he is eager to work with Michael Carrick, whom he believes can help him reach a higher level in midfield.
