I suspect Giringori sees his campaign as dead on arrival. That might explain his recent shift to Biafra activism. I think he is in the US to lobby for Biafra. I can’t explain his reckless claim that Nnamdi Kanu is wrongfully detained for insulting people on Radio Biafra when Kanu was convicted on terrorism charges. Perhaps Giringori’s Plan B mirrors the 'Biafra or death' stance some IPOB supporters hold. If he fails to win next year, they may double down on that rhetoric.
