Soulja Boy’s Court Docs Reveal Profane Email to Baby Mama’s Lawyer

Court documents obtained by TMZ show Soulja Boy fired off a profanity-laced email to his baby mama’s legal team. After her attorney reached out to discuss Jackilyn Martinez’s paternity lawsuit, the rapper allegedly replied, “F*** you. Stop emailing me, you dumb bitch…” and refused to negotiate. Martinez filed the suit in October 2025 seeking physical and legal custody of their three-year-old son. She says she provides most of his financial support “after I beg him” and is open to giving Soulja visitation rights. In the filing, she describes him as “extremely volatile” and accuses him of stalling the case. With Soulja Boy yet to respond to the lawsuit, the dispute is now moving ahead through the courts.
