An established MedSpa in Lagos is seeking an experienced co-founder and business partner to lead its operations and growth. This is a full-time, onsite equity and profit-sharing role rather than a conventional salaried position. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, marketing, customer acquisition, financial performance, staff development and service standards. They will work with the business owner to improve profitability, client retention and the range of services offered. Applicants should have at least five years of management experience in a MedSpa, aesthetics clinic, beauty, wellness, hospitality or similar customer-focused business.
