In the tape, Mrs Alamu urgently appeals to President Tinubu, Governor Makinde and all well-meaning Nigerians to open negotiations with the kidnappers. She warns the group is exposed to harsh weather and says the captors are growing impatient. A teacher held with her baby joins the plea, begging the government to secure their safe return.
