Frequent Urination Despite Negative Urine Test: Please Help

I have had frequent urination since 2021. Sometimes, less than 20 minutes after urinating, I feel the urge to go again. I often feel as though I have not emptied my bladder completely. At times, I go back to the bathroom but struggle to pass any urine. The discomfort keeps sending me back and forth, and it is affecting my work. Customers have complained, and my boss has warned that I could lose my job. I had blood and urine tests, but I was told there was no infection and that the results were normal. Has anyone experienced similar symptoms or knows what else I should discuss with a doctor?
