Actress Evan Okoro’s Estranged Husband Apologises, Seeks Chance to Rebuild Marriage
Prince Chibuzor Nwachimelueze, the estranged husband of Nollywood actress Evan Okoro, has publicly apologised and asked for an opportunity to repair their marriage. In an emotional message shared alongside photos of the couple, he said he regretted causing her pain and taking her for granted. He said she deserved respect, gentleness and care, adding that he was willing to work on himself and did not expect healing to happen immediately. His appeal comes days after Evan apologised for hurtful statements made during their separation. She said her apology was for peace of mind and did not mean they had reconciled. The couple married in April 2025. Evan later alleged abuse, threats to her life, financial control and disputes over bride price. These allegations remain her account of the conflict.
