Video Sparks Debate After Nigerian Truck Drivers Are Allegedly Assaulted in Lagos

I came across a disturbing video that allegedly shows two Nigerian truck drivers being beaten, humiliated and restrained by Indian nationals in Lagos. What troubled me most was the claim that some Nigerians also helped to hold the drivers down and insult them. The footage has raised questions about workplace power, self-preservation and solidarity among Nigerians. People have jobs and livelihoods to protect, but should that ever require treating fellow citizens without dignity? Were those involved trying to protect their employment, or did they betray their fellow Nigerians? What do you think should happen when workplace disputes turn violent?
