11. I declare that no evil will befall me and no plague will come near my home. As I go out and come in, I remain under God’s daily covering, in Jesus’ name. 12–16. I pray for protection from road accidents, violent attacks, unsafe food, sudden illness and every form of emergency. May God guide my steps, preserve my health and keep my household safe. 17–20. May the angels of the Lord surround me, my family and my home. I commit every journey by road, air or sea into God’s hands, and I declare that I am protected in my going out and coming in, in Jesus’ name.
