Confusing City Dream and Psalm 88 – Seeking Interpretation

Yesterday around 4 pm, I fell asleep after work and dreamed of walking through a busy, sunny city. People were driving and going about their daily routines. I then entered a second city that felt almost dark, like 7 pm. No one spoke or stopped to help. A woman passed by but said nothing. Feeling uneasy, I traced my steps, found a narrow road and a small door, and emerged back in the bright city. I then saw two playful birds and a boy calling them in an unfamiliar language. He climbed a rope and the birds followed him down. On waking, I felt led to open my Bible and landed on Psalm 88. I’m not sure how this verse connects to my dream. Could someone help me interpret both the dream and the Psalm?
