Midyear Fast Day 1: Declaring Divine Reversals by Fire
Today marks Day 1 of our 14-day midyear fast. We begin by studying key scriptures and calling on God’s power to reverse all setbacks. I declare for July to December that afflictions, stagnation, family bondages, failure, and disgrace are all denied. The Lord is my shield and lifter of my head, turning shame into glory through His mercy. I command restoration over my health, finances, family, and the works of my hands. Any enemy scheme to steal, kill, or destroy my testimony is met by the fire of God and reversed. Like Paul shaking off vipers and Esther delivering her people, I see a glorious end to this year. The victim becomes victor; the oppressed, conqueror. All things are turned in my favor – praise and victory!
