Can Anyone Identify This Late 80s/Early 90s TV Programme Intro?

Please, does this tune ring a bell? I played the part of the intro that I remember on the piano. The programme aired in the late 1980s or very early 1990s. I grew up in Enugu, so it was likely shown on NTA or ABS. I do not think it was one of the very popular programmes, but I have searched for it for years. Music is not really my area, so I did my best with the piano. I am also having trouble uploading the audio. I have tried M4A, MP3 and MOV formats without success. Please share any advice on the best way to post it. Thank you.
