Gift Orban Nears Permanent Amedspor Move After Seven-Goal Start
Gift Orban is closing in on a permanent transfer to Turkish Süper Lig newcomers Amedspor after a prolific start to his loan spell from Hoffenheim. The Nigerian forward has scored seven goals and registered two assists in six league matches since joining the club in July. Amedspor president Nahit Eren said the club must sign him permanently if he reaches 10 goals. Orban is three goals away from activating the purchase clause and is currently among the league’s leading scorers. His form could make the move permanent sooner than expected.
