Culture Minister Hannatu Musawa Visits Late Actor Taiwo Hassan Ogogo’s Family
Minister of Art, Culture, Tourism and the Creative Economy Hannatu Musawa has paid a condolence visit to the family of late Yoruba Nollywood actor Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo, in Lagos. Musawa was received by members of the actor’s family during the visit. Veteran actor Jide Kosoko was also present. The minister described Ogogo’s death as a major loss to Nollywood and Nigeria’s creative community. She conveyed condolences from President Bola Tinubu, the Federal Government and her ministry, noting that Ogogo’s contributions to Nigerian film and the arts will remain part of the country’s creative heritage.
