The University of Port Harcourt is now accepting applications for the 2026/2027 TAGDev 2.0 Scholarship. This fully funded programme supports undergraduate and postgraduate studies in agriculture and related fields. TAGDev 2.0 is a decade-long initiative led by RUFORUM in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation. It aims to equip economically disadvantaged students with skills for inclusive, climate-resilient agricultural development. Eligible courses range from B.Sc. Agricultural Economics and Animal Science to M.Sc. Agribusiness Management and Crop Science. Applicants must be Nigerian citizens or refugees under 25 (undergraduate) or under 30 (postgraduate), meet UniPort’s admission requirements, and demonstrate leadership potential. Scholarship benefits include full tuition, accommodation, living expenses, research funding, a laptop, internships, and entrepreneurship training. Interested candidates should complete the university’s admission process and submit a scholarship application through the RUFORUM system before the deadline.
