Tiger Woods Arrested for DUI After Rollover Crash in Florida

Tiger Woods Arrested for DUI After Rollover Crash in Florida

Legendary golfer Tiger Woods was arrested and charged with driving under the influence after his Land Rover rolled over while overtaking a pickup truck on Jupiter Island. Officers described Woods as lethargic at the scene. He later refused to submit to a urine test and spent eight hours in the Martin County jail before posting bond. In addition to the DUI count, he faces charges of property damage and refusal to comply with a lawful test. None of the offences are classified as felonies. Woods, 50, walked away from the crash unhurt. The sheriff’s office confirmed signs of impairment after on-scene roadside tests.

It's odd that a pro athlete like Woods would refuse a urine test right after a high-profile crash on Jupiter Island.

I'm not convinced the crash was purely DUI-related; mechanical failure or sudden medical issue could have been factors.

It helps to review local DUI testing laws and carry emergency medical info in your vehicle to avoid confusion or refusal issues after a crash.
