Nigerian Teen Winger Oluawore Gets AIK First-Team Training Call-Up

Swedish giants AIK have invited 19-year-old Nigerian winger Emmanuel Oluwafemi Olawore to train with their senior squad during week 29. Olawore impressed after joining Umeå FC in February 2026, scoring three goals and setting up one in 14 appearances. AIK’s coaching staff will assess his potential as they look to bolster their attack. The Stockholm club’s interest follows the departure of fellow Nigerian Zadok Yohanna, who sealed a move to Premier League side Brighton & Hove Albion. Olawore now has a chance to stake his claim at one of Sweden’s biggest teams.
