Former Turkish Striker Questions Victor Osimhen’s Team Play at Galatasaray

1 / 2

Former Turkish striker Ahmet Dursun has criticised Victor Osimhen’s style of play, claiming the Galatasaray forward can be too focused on individual actions. Speaking on Turkish television, Dursun said he rates Beşiktaş forward Dušan Vlahović more highly because of his link-up play and ability to involve midfielders. Both players have scored six league goals this season. Osimhen has remained important to Galatasaray through his pressing and attacking threat, although he has faced criticism over his body language and decision-making during difficult spells. He will aim to respond on the pitch in Galatasaray’s next European fixture.
