I have completed my Android app and want to publish it on Google Play. I am having trouble paying the 25-dollar Play Console registration fee with my naira card, including issues with card and identity verification. For developers who recently registered successfully, which Nigerian bank Visa or Mastercard worked for the payment? I would prefer an option that is reliable, affordable and quick. I also need genuine Android users for the required closed test. New personal developer accounts need at least 12 testers to use the app continuously for 14 days before production access can be requested. My app is a one-on-one random live video and chat app. I need testers who can install it, try matching, video calls, chats and profiles, then share useful feedback.
