21 Days With Mary, Day 1: Saying Yes to God
Day 1 of 21 reflects on Mary’s complete surrender to God: “Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord; let it be to me according to your word.” — Luke 1:38. Mary did not know all that her yes would demand, yet she trusted the One who called her. Through her surrender, the Word became flesh and entered the world. May we learn that faith is more than believing in God. It is also surrendering ourselves to His will. Mother Mary, teach us to say yes to God.
