Yinka Quadri, Jide Kosoko Attend Ogogo’s 8th-Day Fidau Prayer in Ilaro

Nollywood stars, family members and friends gathered in Ilaro, Ogun State, for the eighth-day Fidau prayer of veteran actor Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo. Veteran actors Yinka Quadri and Jide Kosoko, as well as actress Faithia Balogun, were among those present. Ogogo’s daughters, Kira and Lima Taiwo, also attended the ceremony. Ogogo died on August 23, 2026, aged 66, and was buried in his hometown of Ilaro the following day in line with Islamic rites. Videos from the prayer showed guests arriving for the memorial gathering.
