CHI Limited is recruiting graduates for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme, a commercial career pathway in Nigeria’s fast-moving consumer goods sector. Trainees will support sales performance in assigned territories, work with distributors and field sales teams, improve product availability and visibility, and monitor market trends and competitor activity. The role involves frequent field visits, with about 80% to 90% of the work week spent within the assigned territory. Field activities may begin from 7:30am, and occasional Saturday work may be required for essential operations, inventory, reconciliation and training.
