The Brazilian forward is being rested as a precaution after recent fitness concerns. His absence could improve Galatasaray’s chances when Barcelona visit Istanbul on Tuesday, October 13. Raphinha has started the season in prolific form, scoring 14 goals in eight appearances across all competitions. Galatasaray are also awaiting confirmation on Victor Osimhen’s fitness. The Nigerian striker has returned to training after an adductor injury suffered in September, but the Turkish champions have not confirmed whether he will be ready to face Barcelona. Before the injury, Osimhen recorded six goals and two assists in his first four league appearances for Galatasaray.
