Accountability: A Christian Reflection

Accountability means being willing to explain our actions and accept responsibility for them. Until we are accountable to ourselves, it is difficult to be accountable to others and to God. Judges 14:9 reminds us how Samson concealed the source of the honey he gave to his parents. A lack of accountability can lead to personal failure and corruption in society. May God give us the grace to live responsibly and help redeem our nation from corruption.
