How Written Prayers Can Strengthen Your Purity Journey

Writing down a prayer can help me state clearly what I need from God. Instead of making a general request, I can name the moments, struggles and temptations I want strength to overcome. A written prayer also creates a personal record I can revisit. Looking back at prayers from difficult seasons can remind me of God’s faithfulness and show how my faith has grown.
