A full-time Customer Service and Sales Lead is needed in Gbagada, Lagos. The role offers a monthly salary of ₦200,000 to ₦250,000, plus performance incentives. The successful candidate will supervise the customer service team, convert enquiries into orders, retain customers and grow dessert catering sales. Other duties include managing key accounts, tracking sales KPIs, resolving customer complaints and preparing weekly reports.
