Enugu Distributes Enterprise Tools to 512 Youths in Nsukka Zone
The Enugu State Government has provided skills training, enterprise information and work tools to 512 young people from the Enugu North political zone at a youth capacity-building programme held in Nsukka on September 24, 2026. Beneficiaries received equipment including sewing machines, generators, make-up kits, hair clippers, insecticide sprayers and shoemaking machines. The support is intended to help participants start or expand small businesses in fashion, beauty, barbering, farming and shoemaking. The programme also introduced participants to agricultural, MSME, grant, business-registration and digital-innovation opportunities available through state agencies. Officials said the initiative was designed to link practical skills with tools and enterprise opportunities that can create income and jobs.
