On Wednesday, he confirmed that their marriage had ended but said he would not publicly discuss the reasons for their separation. He also pushed back against claims that his ex-wife paid his school fees, funded his move to the UK and supported his lifestyle. Obinna said he had become engaged to a former girlfriend and urged people to stop speculating about the divorce. He added that the separation was not sudden and said he had no hard feelings.
