Ogun IPAC Rejects Arabambi’s Inter-Party Committee Appointment
The Ogun State chapter of the Inter-Party Advisory Council has rejected the appointment of Comrade Abayomi Arabambi as chairman of an Inter-Party Committee by the APC Campaign Council. IPAC said the APC may appoint anyone to its internal committees, but such an appointment does not give Arabambi authority to represent the council or speak for political parties in Ogun State. The council also alleged that Arabambi lacks recognised party affiliation and is not listed by INEC as a national or state officer of a registered political party. It urged the Ogun APC leadership to verify his background before assigning him further public-facing inter-party responsibilities.
