Super Eagles Begin Training in Ikot Ikpene Ahead of Madagascar AFCON Qualifier

The Super Eagles will hold their first training session in Ikot Ikpene, Akwa Ibom, on Tuesday as preparations begin for Friday’s 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Madagascar in Uyo. The opening 15 minutes of the session will be available to the media. Players are also scheduled to speak with journalists at the team’s base on Wednesday. Nigeria will face Madagascar in their opening qualifier on September 25 before travelling to face Guinea-Bissau on September 29.
