Has Your Business Outgrown You? Signs It Is Time to Build Systems

There comes a stage in business when the biggest limitation is no longer the market. It is the owner. You may have started by handling sales, customers, payments, records and daily problems yourself, but growth makes that approach difficult to sustain. The warning signs are clear: customers wait because only you can approve decisions, sales slow when you are away, staff depend on you for basic answers, and money moves without strong processes. Even when the business is profitable, you may have little freedom because you are constantly putting out fires.
