Can FADLU Operate a Liaison Office in Nigeria Without NUC Accreditation?

First African Distance Learning University (FADLU) can maintain a liaison office in Nigeria. However, the office should not operate as a full degree-awarding campus unless it receives accreditation from the National Universities Commission (NUC). Public records indicate that FADLU is incorporated in Nigeria and registered with the Higher Education Commission in Mauritius. The institution also lists memberships in several international higher-education bodies. FADLU reportedly operates a rented liaison office in Awgu, Enugu State. Prospective students should confirm the accreditation status of any programme with the relevant Nigerian authorities before enrolling.
