Victor Osimhen scored twice as Galatasaray defeated rivals Fenerbahce 2-1 in the Istanbul derby. The Nigerian striker opened the scoring in the 29th minute after a pass from Barış Alper Yılmaz. He added a second before half-time, heading in after Davinson Sánchez’s effort. Fenerbahce pulled one back through İrfan Can Kahveci, but Galatasaray held on for the win and returned to the top of the Super Lig table. Osimhen said he remains committed to the club and is not distracted by criticism on social media.
