Enyimba Assistant Coach Kelvin Ejeh Resigns, Cites Breakdown of Trust

Enyimba assistant coach Kelvin Okechukwu Ejeh has resigned from his role, citing irreconcilable differences with technical adviser Emmanuel Deutsch Gustavo. Ejeh said he could no longer work effectively in what he described as a toxic environment, alleging that trust had broken down after his boss listened to gossip without hearing his side. He nevertheless praised Gustavo as a mentor and thanked chairman Kanu Nwankwo, the club and its supporters. The former Abia Comets coach joined Enyimba during the 2025/26 season. He says he will spend time with his family, continue his Sports Management studies at Abia State Polytechnic and consider new coaching opportunities.
