Nigeria’s Falconets defeated hosts Poland 1-0 in an international friendly at the Municipal Stadium in Brzeg. Mary Mamudu scored in first-half stoppage time to give Moses Aduku’s side a morale-boosting win ahead of the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in Poland. The Falconets face Korea Republic in their final warm-up match on September 1 before opening their Group F campaign against Spain on September 7. China PR and New Caledonia are the other teams in Nigeria’s group.
