Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has responded to a past message from actor Tom Holland, a Tottenham Hotspur supporter, who invited him for a drink and urged him to join Spurs. Haaland said he did not recognise the actor at the time and never intended to ignore him. He later apologised and joked that he was not sure about Tottenham “at the moment,” adding that anything could happen in the future. A move to Tottenham appears highly unlikely for now. Haaland signed a 10-year Manchester City contract extension in January 2025, keeping him at the club until 2034.
